The Family Pledge Home Loan allows family members (parents, grandparents or siblings) with equity in their own property, to help borrowers bridge the deposit gap and cover upfront borrowing expenses, by providing a limited guarantee in the support of a borrower's loan application. Borrowers are able to maximise the amount they can borrow against their own property to be purchased with this additional limited guarantee from a family member.
